Two more teenagers have been arrested have in connection with an investigation regarding recent incidents which took place in Neyland.
Officers attended an address in Springfield Close at approximately 10pm on Sunday, August 23 following a report that three offenders were attempting to steal a car. The offenders had left the scene prior to officers arriving, without having taken the vehicle.
Then at 1am on Monday (August 24) three mopeds were discovered near Neyland Vale, which had all been damaged after being set alight. This incident is being treated as linked to the attempted theft of a vehicle in Springfield Close.
The three offenders involved in the Springfield Close incident were described as all being dressed in dark clothing and wearing balaclavas and gloves.
A 13-year-old boy from the Milford Haven area was initially arrested on suspicion of taking a motor vehicle without the owners consent and arson in connection with these incidents. He has been released on bail.
Further to that, a 17-year-old boy from Milford Haven has now also been arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent; while a 15-year-old boy, also from Milford Haven has been arrested on suspicion of arson; taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent; and aggravated vehicle taking.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who has any information relating to these incidents, or anyone who has any CCTV footage in the area to please review it for anything significant.
