A fire that occurred at a multi-storey car park in Pembrokeshire last night, is currently being treated as ‘suspicious’, police have stated.

Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating a fire which occurred on Tuesday (July 12), at the multistorey car park, Cartlett Road, Haverfordwest. The car park was not in use.

Several fire engines arrived at the scene, with the blaze first reported at approximately 9.30 pm.

The facility was closed to the public last month, and not in use, with work beginning on an initial strip out of the building ahead of full demolition.
