A Maenclochog motorist has been handed a lengthy driving ban after admitting a drink-drive charge in court.
Fifty-nine-year-old Lonwen Morgan, of Heol Fair, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, to plead guilty to a charge of driving her Skoda Fabia on a road on October 4 after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 120 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
After pleading guilty to the offence, magistrates handed the defendant a 40 month driving disqualification, along with a 12 month community order, to include a 15 day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.
Ms Morgan was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £90 victim surcharge.
