A teenager from Milford has been fined for cannabis possession.
Nineteen-year-old Shane Liam Williamson, of Haven Drive, Hakin, pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing 0.4 grams of cannabis, when he appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Prosecutor Sian Vaughan told the court that the defendant was spoken to by police officers in Spittal on June 28, in relation to a road traffic matter, and officers smelt cannabis whilst talking to him.
Defence solicitor Mike Kelleher told magistrates that his client made a full admission to officers and that it was only a very small amount for personal use.
Mr. Williamson was fined £100 by magistrates and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge.
