A 26-year-old man from Pennar, Pembroke Dock, has been charged with the theft of a Morgan’s Fight charity box from the Cash It In store at Bridge Street, Haverfordwest, police have confirmed.

He will appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, April 3.

The incident occurred on Friday, February 16.

• The Morgan’s Fight appeal was set up to raise money for treatment for brave seven-year-old Morgan Hayes, of Whitland, who was suffering from a rare form of cancer, but sadly lost his battle against the disease in January.
