Firefighters have tackled a vehicle fire in Pembroke this morning.

A crew from the Pembroke Dock station were called to an incident in St Daniel’s Hill shortly before 7 am.

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service stated: “At 6.54 am on Thursday, February 2, the Pembroke Dock crew were called to an incident in St Daniel’s Hill, Pembroke.

“On arrival, one van was well alight and was extinguished using two breathing apparatus sets and two foam-making hose reel jets.

“Dyfed Powys Police were also in attendance.

“The crew left the scene at 7.29 am.”
