A KILGETTY man has been disqualified from driving for six months after driving without insurance.

Mr Benjamin Eastwood, of Yerbeston, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on June 19.

The 21-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a Jeep Cherokee on the Cleddau Bridge, Pembroke Dock when there was no insurance in force covering the use of the vehicle.

The six-month driving licence disqualification was obligatory as it was a repeat offence. Eastwood was also fined £120, plus costs of £90 and a victim services surcharge of £48, and his driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.
