A drink-driver was arrested in Tenby yesterday (Tuesday) after his vehicle got stuck on Castle Beach.

Police officers were called on Tuesday afternoon (November 21), to concerns raised about the actions of a man who had driven his car onto Castle Beach sands.

A 40-year-old man was arrested and later charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

The defendant Johannes Jakubus Roos was remanded in custody, and due to appear at Llanelli Magistrates Court today (Wednesday, November 22.)
