A female motorist from Sageston will go on trial in the New Year after being accused of driving a vehicle and failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis by means of a device having been required to do so by police officers.
Twenty-one-year-old Lydia Joyce, of Bartletts Well Road, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court, on Tuesday, to plead not guilty to the charge.
The court heard that Ms Joyce was stopped by police driving her vehicle on October 22 in Haverfordwest.
A trial date of January 11, 2018, was set for the court in Haverfordwest, and the defendant was released on unconditional bail.
