Police officers are investigating an allegation of sexual assault which occurred in front of F Hinds jewellers in Lammas Street, Carmarthen around 4pm on Tuesday, May 12, and they believe the person pictured may be able to help.

Investigating officers have carried out all other enquiries and are now appealing for help from the public to identify the person pictured, who may have information that could help the investigation.
