A 19-year-old man was arrested during the early hours of this morning (August 3) on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, following a collision in Pembrokeshire.

Dyfed-Powys Police received a report of a one vehicle road traffic collision on Clay Lane, Haverfordwest at approximately 3am on Sunday, August 3.

The vehicle involved was a Blue Peugeot Bipper van, and it was travelling from the direction of Clay Lane Bridge towards St Issells Avenue when the collision occurred.

A 15-year-old passenger in the van sustained serious injury and was conveyed by Ambulance to Morriston Hospital.

A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and remains in police custody at this time.
