The new display at Tenby Museum and Art Gallery concerns the 125th anniversary of Tenby Golf Club, the oldest affiliated golf course in Wales, established in 1888.
The display features items loaned by the golf club, including the first minute book of the club, photographs, ephemera and various trophies presented to the club over the years.
The display also contains the oldest prize, the Tenby v Ashburnham putter. This is the oldest competition in Wales and possibly the UK and is still being played. The trophy is held by Tenby Golf Club for the season 2103-14.
The display was officially opened by Tony Key OBE, captain of Tenby Golf Club, on Friday.
Membership applications are now being accepted for 2014 by Tenby Golf Club as part of the 125th anniversary celebrations.
