Last Saturday, during the interval of the Narberth RFC v Cwmllynfell match, Peter Spacey, 100-Plus Club organiser, presented a cheque for £1,000 to club chairman, John Owen This represented the proceeds from the 100 Plus Club for the previous season.
Peter Spacey took the opportunity to thank members for their continued support, which helps the development of rugby at Narberth.
He reminded everyone that the 100-Plus Club membership for 2008/09 was due and that participation enabled members to be included in the electronic draw for 33 prizes during the year, i.e. three prizes per month for 11 months. Membership cost is £10 per annum, with 50 per cent of the proceeds being used in prize money and 50 per cent donated to Narberth RFC.
