Tenby and District Duplicate Bridge Club

Wednesday, February 25: An eight-table Howell movement in play. Winners were: 1. Carmel Wiseman and Graham Hadlow 64.24 per cent; 2. Christine Wilson and Denzil Evans 64.10; 3. Jill and John O’Sullivan 59.72; 4. Irene Warlow and Rosemary Hathaway 55.77; 5. Bill Glynn and Hywel Probert 53.47.
Friday, February 27: A six-table Howell was enjoyed by all. Winners were: 1. Catherine and Anthony Stevens 62.50; 2. Pam Evans and Mike Taylor 61.25; 3. Margaret Davies and Irene Delahunty 60.63; 4. Cindy Middleton and Doug Silcox 59.38.
After another very successful year, members will be looking to see what is in store next year, after the possible change in management at the imminent annual general meeting. All very exciting!
Duplicate bridge is played twice weekly at Kilgetty Community Centre, Wednesday at 7 pm and Friday at 6.30 pm. New members and visitors are always welcome. Ring Bert for partners on 842944.
